<br /> we were licensed by said Judge to sell at publie auction, in the manner provided by law, the real
<br /> estate �ereinafter described; that thereupon we gave notice of the time and place of said sale, as
<br /> required by law, and at the time and place therein specified, aPter said sale had been held open
<br /> one haur, sold said real estate at public auction to Jack R.Miller, of the county of Taylor, stat�
