<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: "
<br /> That Whereas, in an a.ction in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wnerein �illiam F. E�alcom is PlaintifP, and Ray Green, et al. are Defen-
<br /> dants, it was by said Court at the F'ebruary Term thereof, A.D. , 19�1, to-�ti*i�, on the 3�d day of April,
<br /> A. D. 19�1, considered, ad,judged, and decreed that in default of the pay,ment to the Clerk of' the
<br /> Distri�t Cou�t of the costs of said action, and to �he plaintiPf the sum of �62�j.00 with interest
<br /> thereon at tne rate of 6% per annum from September l, 1932, and to the County of Hal1 the sum of
<br /> ��35•77 with interest triereon at 6� from April 3, i941, within twenty days from the date of sucl�
<br /> ,judgment �.nd decree, that the equity of redemption of each and all of said defendants in and to �he
<br /> lands and tenements hereinafter described be foreclosed and foreve� barred, and that the Sheriff
<br /> of said Hall County cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised, and sold
<br /> accordin� to law; and tiJhereas the said defendants having made default therein Daniel Sanders, as
<br /> Sheriff' of said County, under and by virtue of the order of said Court to him directed, did, on the
<br /> 15th day of July A. D. , 1941, at the north door of the Court Hous� in the city of Grand Island, Ne-
<br /> braska, in said County of Hall, (the same being the place wherein th� Diatrict Court was last held
<br /> in said County) , having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sa1e, for not
<br /> less than thirty days prior thereto, in the (�rand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper prir�ted
<br /> and in general circula�ion in said .County of Hall, sell the said premises at public auction to
<br /> �illiam F.Balcom (he being the highest and best bidder therefor) f'or the sum of One-thousand f'orty-
<br /> eight � �1�100 DOLLARS, whieh sa.le was af'terwards a� the February Term of said Court, �. D. 1941,
<br /> examined ancl confirmed, and the saic� Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of' said County, was ordered to
<br /> execute a deed of said premises to the said William F. Balcom
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Ha.11 County, Nebraska, in pursuance
<br /> of tne order of s^id Court, as afores�id, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said �illi�m F.Baleom and
<br /> assigns, the premises sold as aforesaid, �o-wit; A11 of The East half of the Wes� half of' the
<br /> 8outheast quarter (E2W2SE�) of �eetion twenty-seven ��7) in Township twelve �12) north, range �welve
<br /> (12) West of the 6th P.M. with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and
<br /> to hold unto him the sa�.d William F.Palcom and his heirs and assigns Porever.
