<br /> THIS INDENTURE, Made this 17th day of July, in the year one thousand nine hundred and Forty-one
<br /> between Chester C.Windolph, unmarried, and Marie M. W9.ndolph, unmarried, of the first part, and

<br /> WITNESSETH, that the s�,id parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR
