<br /> THAT, WHEREAS , in an action in the Distric'� Gourt of the EZeventh Judicia� District oP Nebraska,
<br /> within and for. Hal1 County, wherein COUNTY OF HALL was plaintiP�', and DAVID S.LAKE and others wer�
<br /> defendants, it was considered, ad,�udged and decreed by said Court, that the County of HaTl had a :
<br /> lien on each of the following described premi5es for unpaid taxes, and that in default of the pay�
<br /> ment of s�id unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within �wen�y days �,1lowed by law, the �remis�s
<br /> should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in said ac'Gion h�.ving made default in the payment of the amounts so
<br /> f'ound due, I, Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said Gounty, under and by virtu� of the order of said
<br /> Court to me directed, did on the 17th day o� April, Z939, a� the North �'ront door oP the Cour'�
<br /> House in the City of Grand Island, in the Coun�y of Hall � the same beirig the pla.ce �rherein the
<br /> District Court was last held in said County) , having first given due and legal notic� of the tlme`
<br /> and place of sale, for not less than thirty da,ys prior thereto, in a legal newspaper printed and
<br /> in general circulation in said County of Ha11, sell said premises at public auction to CLIFFORD
<br /> STQLL for the sum of Sixte�n & 70/100 Dollars, he being the highest and best bidder th�refor, Por
<br /> the sums set fo�th in the report made to said Cour� of the sale and in the order of eonfirmation; :

<br /> WHEREAS, �he owners of' said premises failed to redeem said premises within the two years allawed
<br /> by law, and said sale was thereupon confirmed by the court on the 3rd day of Jul�, 19�F1, and i,
<br /> the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff oP said County, was ordered to execute a deed to said premise�
<br /> to said CLIFFORD STOLL. �
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the gaid Daniel Sanders, as gheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pur�suance
<br /> of the order of said Court, as aforesaid, in considera'�ion of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by 1aw, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said CLIFFORD STOLL and
<br />, assigns, �he premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Twelve �12) , Block Thr�e (3), Boggs & Hi11 's Addition to the City of �rand Island, Hal1 County!,
<br /> Nebraska
<br /> Lot Thirteen (13) , Block Three �3) , Bog�s & Hi11 ' s Addition to the Ci�y of Grand Tsland, Hall Coun�ty,
