<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRE�ENTS: That, in pursuance of an order of the Honorable E. G.Kroger, Judge
<br /> of the District Caurt of Hall County, Alebraska, made on the 2nd day of December, �.93�, I was licensed
<br /> by said Jud�e to sell at public auction in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereina�'ter
<br /> aescribed, that thereupon I gave notice of the time and place of said sale as required by 1aw and
<br /> at the time and place tnerein specified, after said sale had been hel.d open one hour, I sold said
<br /> real estate at public auction to George A.Miller ar.d Bertha A.P�Iiller as JOINT TENANTS, and not as
<br /> tenants in cammon, they being the highest bidders tnerefor; that said sale was thereupon reported
