<br /> KNOW ALL MEN �Y THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That 'v+m.ereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh �udicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for �all Coun�y, wherein The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, is Plaintiff,

<br /> and John McKeag, et al. are Defenda.nts, it was by said �ourt at the February Term thereof, A. D. ,
<br /> i94o, to-wi�, on the lst day of July A. D. , 19�-0, considered, ad,judged, and decreed that in default
<br /> of the payment to the Clerk of the District Court of the costs of said action, and to th� plainti#'f
<br /> the sum of �10, �9�.°9 with �,� interest from March 29, i94o, within twenty days from the date of auch
<br /> ,judgment and decree, tnat the equity of redemption of each and all of said defendants in and to the
<br /> lands and tenaments hereinafter described be foreclosed and forever barred, and that the Sheriff

<br /> according to law; and whereas the said defendants having made default therein Daniel Sanders, as

<br /> the 7th day of May, A. L. , 1941, at the north door of the Court House in the city of Grand Island,
<br /> �ebraska, in said County of Hall, ( the same being the place wherein the District Court was last
<br /> held in said County) having first given due and legal notice of tne time and place of said sale
<br /> f'or not less than �hirty days prior thereto, in the arand �sland Daily Independent, a legal news-
<br /> paper printed and in general circulation in said County of Ha11, sell the said premises at pu�lic
<br /> auction to The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, (it being the highest and best bidder

<br /> therefor) for tne sum of Eleven thousand four hundred nineteen & 90/100 DOLLARS, which sale was
<br /> afterwards at the February Term of said Court, A.L�. , 1941, examined and confirmed, and the said
<br /> Daniel S�nders as Sheri.ff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the
<br /> I said The Federal Land Bank of' Omaha, a corporation,
<br /> NOc�d, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance
<br />' of the order of said Court, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant and convey unto tr�e said The Federal Land Bank '

<br /> sic�e of said Southwest quarter, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 33
<br /> feet ea.st of t�ie southwest corner of' said soutnwest quarter of said 8ection 19; running trence
<br /> North parallel to the west line of said soutnwest quarter �o tr�e north line of saicl southwest
