<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in tne District Court of the Eleventh Judieial Distriet of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for hall County, wherein COUNTY OF HALL was plaintiff, and DAVID S.LAKE, and others wer�
<br /> defenda nts, i'� w�s considerea, ad,judged and decreed by said Court that the �ounty of Hall had a lien
<br /> on each of the following described premises for unpaid '�axes, and that in default of the payment of '
<br /> said unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law, the premises should
<br /> be foreclosed and scld; and
<br /> WHEREA�, the defendants in said action ha.ving made default in the pa.yment of tne amounts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel Sa.nde'rs, as Sheriff of sa.id County, under and by virtue of the order of s aid
<br /> Court to me directed, did on trie 17th da.y of April, 1939, at the North front door of the Court
<br /> House in the City of Grand Tslana, in the County of Hall ( the same being the place wherein the

<br /> and place of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in a legal newspaper printed
<br /> dnd in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell s�,id premises at public auction to HANS F.
<br /> I�ITCHELMANN for tne sum of rrhirty-two & �0�100 Dollars, he being the highest and best bidder therefor,
<br /> for the sums set forCn in the report made to saici Cour'� of the sale and in the order of confirmatien;
