<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> ; THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court oP the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebrask�,
<br /> within and for Hall Coun�y, wherein COUNTY OF HALL w�.s plaintiff, and LORAINE G.CARLSON and others
<br /> were defendants, it was considered, ad�udged and decreed by said Court that the County of Hall had
<br /> a lien on each of the following described premises for unpaid taxes, and that in default of the
<br /> payment of said unpaid taxe5, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law, the
<br /> premises should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendan�s in said action having made default in the payment of the amounts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel Sanders, as Sherif f of s aid County, under and by virtue of t he order of said
<br /> Court to me directed, did on �he 17th day of April, 1939, at the North front door of the Court
<br /> House in the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall ( the same being the place wherein the
<br /> ;District Court wa5 la5t held in said County) , having first given due ana 1ega1 notice of the time �
<br /> and pla.ce of s�id sale, for rnt less than thirty days prior thereto, in a legal newspaper printed
<br /> !and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to HAN: F.
<br /> MICHELMANN for the sum of Eleven & 7�/100 Dollar5, he being the highest and b est bidder therefor,
<br /> for �he sums set Porth in the report made to said Court of the sale and in the order of confirmatian; 1
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of said premises failed to redeem said premises within tne two years allowed
<br /> by la�►, and said sale was thereupon confirmed by the court on the 29th day of Ma.y, 1941, and I,
<br /> t:ne said Daniel Sa.nders, as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a c� eed to said premises
<br /> to said HANS F. MICHELMAIJN.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel �anders, as S:nerifF of Hall County, lUebraska, in pursuance
<br /> of the order of said Court, as aforesa�d, in consicieration of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do here�y give, grant, and convey unto the said HANS F.MICHELMANN and
<br /> assi�ns, the premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit:
