<br /> which corporation expired on October 2�, 193�; and as officera of said corporation and trustees
<br /> of the property belonging thereto, do hereby covenant with tne grantee that they are lawfully
<br /> seized of said premises by virtue of the provisions of Section 2�+-107 and 24_110 of the Compiled
<br /> 5tatutes of Nebraska for i929; that they have good right and lawful a�athority to convey the same;
