<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein C4UNTY OF HALL was plaintiff, and DAVID S.LAKE, and others were
<br /> defendants, it wa.s considered, ad,judged and deereed by said Court that the Count of Hall had

<br /> ment of said unpaid taxes, with inter�s� and costs, within t�,�erity days allowed by law, the premises
<br /> should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defenda.nts, �n said action having made default in t:ne payment of the amounts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel Sanders, as 5heriff of said County, under and by virtue of tne order o�' said'
<br /> Court to me directed, did on tne 17th day of Apri1, 1939, at the NQrth front door of the Courthouse
<br /> in the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall ( the same being the place where�n the District
<br /> Court was last held in said County) , having first given due and leg�,l notice of the tirne and plac�
<br /> of sa.id sale, for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in a legal newspaper printed and in
<br /> general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to COUNTY OF HAL�,
<br /> it being the highest ancl best bidder �heref'or, for the sums set forth in the report made to said
<br /> Court of the sale and in the order of confirmation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of said premises failed to redeem said premises within the tcao years a1low�d
<br /> by law, and said sale was thereupon confirmed by the court on the 22nd day oP May, 1941, and I,
<br /> the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed to said premises
