<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an aetion in the D19trict Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein County of Hall was plaintiff and Lorraine a. �arlson and others
<br /> were dePendants, it wa.s considered, ad,judged and decreed by said Court that the County of Hall had
<br /> a lien on each of the following described premises for unpaid taxes, and that in dePault of the
<br /> payment of a�.id unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law, the
<br /> premises should be foreclosed �,nd sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendan�s in said action having made default in the payment of the amounte so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff oP said County, under and by virtue of the order of said
<br /> Caurt to me directed, did on the 17th day of April, 1939, at the North front door of the Courthouse
<br />.,_ ' in tne City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall tthe same being tne place wherein the District
<br /> Court was last held in said County) , having first given due and legal notice of the time and place
<br /> of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in a legal, newpaper printed and in
<br /> general circulation in said County oP Hal1, se11 said premises at public auetion to COUNTY OF HAL�,,
<br /> it being the highest and best bidder therefor, for the sums s�t forth in the report made to said
<br /> Gourt of the sale and in the arder of confirmation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of said premises failed to redeem said premises wi�hin the two years
<br /> a1low�d by law, and said sale was thereupon confirmed by the Court on the 15th day of May, 1.941,
<br /> and I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed to said
<br /> premises to said County of Hall;
<br /> � � �TO�I, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sa.nders, as SheriPf' of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance ;
