<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court oP the Eleventh �udicial Di�triet of Nebraska,
<br /> nt f Hall was laintiff and Katie C.Brown and others were
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein Cou y o p
<br /> defendants, it was considered, ad,judged and decre�d by said Court that the County of Hall had a ; .
<br /> lien on each of the following described premises for unpaid taxes, and that in default of the
<br /> payment of said unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty day�s allowed by law, the
<br /> prPmises shou�ld be f'oreclosed and sold; and -
<br /> WHEREA�, the defendants in said action having made de�ault in the payment of the amounts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff' of said County, under and by virtue of the order of sa3.c�
<br /> Court �Go me directed, did, on the 17th day of April, 1939, at the. North front door of the Court-
<br /> house in the City of Grand Zsland, in the County of Hall � the same being the pl�.ce wherein the

<br /> to said Court of the sale and in the order of confirmation; and -
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of said premises failed to redeem said premises within the two years
<br /> allowed by law, and said sale was thereupon eonfirrned by tne court on �he 14th day of May, 19�-1,
