<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PREaENTS: �
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the D�.strict Court of the Eleventh Judicial Distr�ict of Nebraska,,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein COUNTY OF HALL w�,s plaintiff, and AUGU�'TINE AUT4 Company and
<br /> others were defendants, it was considered, a.d�judged and decreed by said Court, that the County of
<br />�
<br /> Hall had a lien on each of the following described premises f or unpaid taxes, and that in default ,
<br /> of the payment of said unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by la�,
<br /> the premises should be foreclosed and sold; and ,
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in said action having made default in the payment of the amounts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue oP the order of said
<br /> Court to me directed, did on the 17th day of April, 1939, at the North front door of the Courthnuse
<br /> in the City of Gra.nd Island, in the County of Hall ( the same being the place wherein the District ;
<br /> Court was last held in said County) , having first given due and legal notiee of the time and place
<br /> of said sa1e, for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in a legal newspaper printed and in
<br /> gen�ral circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to COUNTY OF HALL, .
<br /> it being tne highest and best bidder therefor, for the sums set forth in the report made to said
<br /> Court of the sale and in the order of ccnfirrnation; and �

<br /> f WHEREAS, the owners of said premises failed to redeem said premises w3�thin the two years allowed
<br /> by law and said sale was thereupon confirmed by the court on tne �th day of May, 194-1, and I, the
