<br /> ! sell the said premises at public auction to The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, (it
<br /> being the highest and best bidder therefor) f'oF the sum of Six thousand two hundred Pifty-five
<br /> ; � 54/�0o DOLLARS, which sale was afterwards at the February Term of said Court, A. D. 1941, examin�d
<br /> and confirmed, and the said Daniel Sanders, as Bheriff of said County, was order�ed to execute a
<br /> deed of said premises to the said The F'ederal Land Hank of Omaha, a corporation,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance '
<br /> o#' the order of said Court, as aforesaid, in consi�leration of tne premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do hereby give, grarit, and convey unto the said The Federal Land Bank
