<br /> within and for Hall �ounty, wherein The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, is Plaintif�,
<br /> and Harvey Roberts, et al are Defendants, it was by said Court at the February Term thereoP, A.D. ,
<br /> 19�0, to-�ait, on the 5th day of February A. D. , 1940, considered, ad,�ud�ed, and deereed that in
<br />� default of the payment to the Clerk of the Dlstrict Court of the costs of eaid action, and to the
