<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That in pursuance of an order of the Honorable I.J.Nisley, one of the �udges of the district
<br /> court of KEith County, Nebraska, wi.thin the Thirteen Judicial District of Nebraska made upon the
<br /> �th �ay of July A.D. , 1�40, I w�s licensed by said ,�udge to sell at public auetion in the manner
<br /> provided by law the real estate hereinafter described. That thereafterwards I gave notice of the
<br /> time and plaae of said sale as required by law by publication in the �rand Islancl Daily Independent
<br /> a legal newapaper pu�lished, printed, a.nd of general circulation wlthin Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> in the Keith Count News a le al newepaper printed, published and of general circulation within

<br /> Keith County, Nebraska, and at the time and place therein specified after said sale ha.d been held
<br /> open one hour T so1.d the f'ollowing deacribed real estate at public auction, to-wit:
<br /> An undivided one-fourth interest in and to Lot Nine �9�, Block gixteen �16), Rollin' s Addition
<br /> to Grand Island, Ha11 County, �ebraska.
<br /> to Mra. Myrtle Havens for the sum of �75.00, she being the highest bidder therefor.
<br /> That said sale was thereupon reported to the ,�udge of the district court and by him in all
<br /> thines confirmed upon the 25 day of November A. D. , 1940, and I was by him ordered to make a deed
<br /> of' said nremises to the purchaser.
<br /> Now, therefore, I, J.H. Siff'ord, Administrator of the estate of John a.Limbaugh, deceased, in
<br /> consideration of the ��remises and the order oP said court and the sum of �75.F�0 so bid a.nd paid
<br /> by the said Mrs. Myrtle Havens and by virtue of the powers entrusted in me by said. order and pro-
<br /> cedure do by these presents grant, sell and convey to the said Mrs. Myrtle Havens and to her
<br /> heirs and assigns the real estate described as follows, to-wit:

<br /> together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging.
