<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That in pursuance to an order of t'rle Honorable E.a.Kroger, one
<br /> of the Judges of the District Court of Hall County, i�ebraska, made on the 2nd day of November 1940,
<br /> we were licensed oy said Judge to sell at private sale in the manner provided by law, the real
<br /> estate hereinafter described; that tnereupon we filed a bond as provided by sa9.d license and took
<br /> the oath required by law, and after making diligent efforts to sell the real estate hereinafter
<br /> descr�bed we sold said real estate to Bertha Wright for the sum of �133. 33, she oeing the highest
<br /> bidder tnerefor; that s�,id sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of the Diatrict Court of Hal�
<br /> � County Nebraska, and was by him in all tnings confirmed and we were ordered to make a deed of con»-
<br /> veyance of sa.id premises to said purchaser,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, we, Norman Mildenstein and Irma Meyer, as guardiana for Anna Mildenstein, an
<br /> incompetent, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of One Hundred Thirty-three and 33/1�0
<br /> Dollars ($133.33) so bid and paid by said Bertha Wright, the purchaser, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers �zpsted in us by said order and proceeding, do by these presents grant, sell and convey
<br /> unto the said Bertha Wright, and to h�r heirs and assigns forever, the following described real
<br /> estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska, to-wit: An undivided one-sixth of
<br /> the westerly one-half of Lot Two �2) in Block Ninety-four �94) in the Original Town, now City, of:
