<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. I!
<br /> That Whereas, in an action `in the District Court of the Eleventh Judielal District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and. for Hall County, wherein Home Owners ' Loan Corporation, a corporatlon, is Plaintiff,
<br /> and John P.Jungles, e� a1 are �efendants, it was by said Court at the september Term thereof, A. D. ,
<br /> 1939, to-wit, on the 29th day of November, A.D. , 1939, consid�red, ad,judged, and decreed tha� in
<br /> default of the payrnent to the Clerk of' the District Court of the costs af said action, and to the
<br /> plaintiff the sum of �4410.26 with interest thereon at the rate of 6� per annum from November; 29,
<br /> 1939, within twenty days from the date of such ,judgment and decree, that the equity of redemption
<br /> of ea,ch and all of s�.id defendants in and to the lands and tenements hereina.Pter described be fore-
<br /> closed and forever barred, and that the Sheriff of said Hall County cause the lands and tenementa
<br /> hereinafter described to be advertised, and sold according to law; and whereas the said defendanta
<br /> having made default therein, Daniel sanders, a.s �heriff of' s�id County, under and by virtue of the
<br /> order of said Court to him directed, did, on the 7th day of October, A. D. �940, at the north door
<br /> of the Court House in the city of Grand Island, Nebraska, in said County of Hall (the same being
<br /> the place wherein the Distriet Court was last held in sa.id �ounty) , having first given due and
<br /> legal notice of the time and place of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in
<br /> the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal. newspa.per printed and in general circulation in said
<br /> County of Hall, sell the said premises at public auction to Home Owners ' Loan Corporation, a cor-
<br /> poration, �it being the hi�hest and best bidder therefor) for the sum of Four thousand six hundred
<br /> seventy-five ---02/100 DOLLARS, which eale ti,ras afterwards at the �eptember Term of sa.id Court,
<br /> A.D. , 1940, examined and confirmed, and the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, was
<br /> ord�red to execute a deed of said premises to the said Home Owners ' Loan Corporation, a corpora-
<br /> tion,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel s�.nders, as �heriff of Hall County, �Jebraska, .�n �ursuance of
<br /> the order of said Court, as af'oresaid, in consideration of' the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do hereby give, gran�, and convey unto the said Home Owners' Loan
<br /> Corporation, a corpora.tion, and assigne, the premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit:
<br /> All of The West Two-Hundred Ninety-seven (297) feet of Lot Eleven �11) in Vantine ' s Subdivision,
<br /> as surveyed, platted and recorded, located on art of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty-two
<br /> (22 ) in Township Eleven �11) , North, Range�Nine �9) West of the 6th P,M. in Hal�. County, Nebraska
<br /> with all and singular the. appurtenances thereunto belon�;inb, to have and to hold unto it the said
<br /> Home Owners ' Loan Corporation, a corporation, and its assigns forever.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I ha.ve, as such sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, hereunto set my hand this
