<br /> of; ana, providing for the right to fil� a remonstrance against the sale thereof signed by legal _

<br /> electors of said City, voting at the last regular munic3pal election held in said City.

<br /> cation of this ordinance; and the Clty Clerk is hereby directed and instructed �o prepare and pub--
<br /> lish said notice.

<br /> file a remonstrance against the sale of said real estate; and if a remonstrance against said sale
<br /> signed by legal ��.�ectors of said �ity equal in number to thirty per cent (30�) of the electors of ,
