<br /> cour� of Hall County,where Edward L.Rich and Jeasi� M.Rich,his wife; Dorothy Lepant and Joseph
<br /> Lepant,her husband; Frances Spanel and Ernest 8panel,her huaband; Mar�aret Price and Louis M.
<br /> Price,her husband; Isabel Hamlin and Harold Hamlin,her huaband; Maxien Stall and Loy Stall, her
<br /> husband; and Joseph Wagner, unmarrie d were plaintiffs and Joanne Rich, a minor, Jpsephine Rich,math�r
<br /> and guaxdian of Joanne Rieh; and Josephine Rich were defendants for the partitipn oP the premiaes '

<br /> f'or sale at public auction, and sold the same �o Carl E.Willard for the sum of �3, 600.00,he being
<br /> the highest bidder therefor. And afterwards, on the 25th day of September, 1940, said Court approv�d
<br /> srmd �onfirmed said sale, and by order directed me as said referee to exeaute to said Carl E.Willard
<br /> a deed conveying said lands to him in fee simple.
