<br /> Nebraska, �arty of the first nart and Ivan �laldo and Geraldine �'�aldo, husb�nd and wiPe, parties of

<br /> WITNES:�ETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Six
<br /> Hundred �ollars ��600.�0) , in hand paid, r ecei�t whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by
<br /> these presents does grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part the following
<br /> described premises situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit :
