<br /> BE IT �RDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska: ,
<br /> Section 1. The sale and conveyance of real estate hereinafter described is hereby directed
<br /> and authorized to Melvin Sohrweid and Willis Stull, both oP the City ,of Grand Island, Nebras=�a.
<br /> �'he property directed and authorized to be conveyed is described as follows:

<br /> purchasers, Melvin Sohrweid and Willis Stull, are to purchase said real estate and pay therePore

<br /> shall be paid upon the execution and delivery of a Quit Claim Deed for said premises, and the pur�

<br /> for three consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newapaper �ublished in and o�'

<br /> cation of this ordinance; and the City Clerk is hereby directed and instructed to prepare and pub-•

<br /> Section 4. Authority is hereby granted to tne electors of the City of Grand Island,Nebraeka,
<br /> to file a remonstr�ance against the sale of said real estate; and if a remonstrance against said
<br /> sale signed by legal electors of said City equal in number to thirty per cent (30,�) of the electors
<br /> of said City votirig at the last regular eleetion held in said City be filed with the Mayor and
<br /> Council of said City within thirty days of the passage and pu'plication of this ordinance, said '
<br /> property shall not then, nor within one year thereafter be sold.

<br /> no �aemonstrances be Piled against such sale, the Ma,yor and City Clerk shall, make, execute and
<br /> deliver to the said Melvin Sohrweid and Willia Stull, a Qui� Claim Deed for said property and the '
