<br /> That Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judieial District oP Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein arand Island Trust Company, a carporatlon, is PlaintiPf, and
<br /> Allie J.Cole, et al. are Defendants, it was by said Court at the February, Term thereof, A.D. 1939,
<br /> to-wit, on fhe 15th day of April A.D. , 1939, consiclered, ad�udged, and decreed that in deYault oP
<br /> the payment to the Clerk of the District Cour'� of the costs of eaid aetion, and to the plaintiff

<br /> beat bidder therefor) for the sum of Four-thousand one-hundred fifty & 67/100 DOLLARS, which sale
<br /> was afterwards at the February Term of said Court, A.D. , 19�+0, examined and confirmed, and the said
<br /> Daniel Sandera, aa 3heriPf of said County, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the
<br /> said arand Island Trust Company, a corporation,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sandera as sheriYf of Hall Connty, Nebraska, in pursuance of the
<br /> order of said Court, as afore$aid, in consideration oP the premises and by virtue of the powers in
<br /> me vested by law, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said C�rand Island Trust Company, a cor-
