<br /> That Whereas, in an aetion in the Dlstrict Court of the Eleventh Judicial District oP Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, is PlaintiPf,
<br /> and Guy M.Dean, et al. are DePendants, it was by said Court at the Februarq Term thereoP, A.D. ,
<br /> 1939, to-wit, on the 25th aa� of April �.D. , 1939, conaidered, ad,judged, and decreed that in de-
<br /> fault oP the payment to the Clerk of the District Court oP the eosts of said action, and to the
<br /> plaintiff the sum of �363�.6�+ with �� interest from April 25, 193g, within twenty da.ys from the

<br /> sell the said premises at public auction to The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, (it
<br /> being the hi�hest and best bidder therefor) for the sum of Three thousand nine hundred twenty-one
