<br /> SHERIFF�S DEED ON FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE
<br /> KN01�T ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> Th�t Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial Distriet of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein County of Hall was Plaintiff, and William Pohler,Jr. , et al
<br /> were Defendants, it was by said Court at the February Term thereof, A.D. , 193�, to-wit, on the 15th
<br /> day of June, A.D. 193�, considered, ac?,judged, and decreed that in default of the payment to the
<br /> Clerk of the District Court of the costs of said action, and to pay to the County of Hall, plain-
<br />' tiff, the sum of �52.70 (principal) plus interest and costs within tiaenty days from the date of
<br /> such ,judgment and decree, that the equity of redemption of each and all of said defendants in and
<br /> to the 1a.nds and tenements hereinafter described be foreclosed and forever barred, and that the
<br /> Sheriff of said Hall County cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised,
<br /> and sdld according to law; and whereas the said def endants having made default therein, Daniel
<br /> �anders, as Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the order of said Court to him directed,
<br /> did, on the 2Qth day of January A.D. , 19�-0, at the north front door of the Court House in the elty
<br /> of .Grand Island, Nebraska, in said County of Hall, ( the same being the place wherein the District
<br /> Court was last held in said County) , having first given due and legal notice of the time and place
<br /> of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in 'the arand Island Dai1y Independent,
<br /> a legal newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell the said premises
<br /> at public auction to Lloyd A.Welch and Luates Welch, husband and wife, as ,�oint tenants and not
<br /> as tenants in common, with �igh� of survivorahip (they being the highest and best bidder therefor�
<br /> for the sum of Ten - - -00�100 DOLLARS, which sale was afterwards at the February Term of said
<br /> Court, A.D. , 19�0, examined and conf irmed, and the said Daniel Sanders, as sheriff of said County,
<br /> was ordered to execute a deed of said pr emises to the s�id Lloyd A.Welch and Luates Weleh, husband
<br /> and wife, a.s ,�oint tenants and not as tenants in common, with right of survivorship
<br /> NOW, THEREFO�E, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuanee
<br /> of the order of said Court, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of 't2�e
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do hereby give, gra,nt, and convey unto the said Lloyd A.Welch and
<br /> Luates Welch, husband and wife, as ,�oint tenants and not as tenants in common, with right of sur-
<br /> vivorship, and assiens, the p:��emises sold as aforesaid, to-wit : �11 of Lot Three �3� Block Three '
<br /> (3) Voitle�s Addition with all and sin�ular the avpurtenanees thereunto belvn�ing, to ha�ie and
<br /> to hold unto them the said Lloyd A.Welch and Luates Welch, husband and wife, as ,�oint tenant� and
<br /> not as tenants in common, with right of survivorship, and their heirs and assigns f'orever.
