<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
<br /> That Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judiciai District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and Por Hall County, wherein The Equitable Building & Loan Associatio� of Grand Island,
<br /> a corporation ia Plaintiff , and John L.Everhart, et al. are DeYendants, it was by said Court at
<br /> the February Term thereof, A.D. , �.939, t�-wit, on the 25th day of August, A.D. , 1939, considered,
<br /> ad�'udged, s.nd decreed that in default of the payment to the Clerk of the Dietrict Court of the
<br /> costs af said action, and to the plaintiff the sum of ��-369.6� with interest at 7� from August
<br /> 25, 1939, �ithin t�renty days from the date of such ,�udgment and decree�, that the equity of redemp-
