<br /> Court, A.D. , i939, exa.rnined �,nd cnnfirmed,and the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of' s aid County,

<br /> was ordered to execu'�e a deed of said premises to the �aid IVlary Farner
<br /> NOW, THEI�EFORE, I, the s��.id Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursu�nce of
<br /> the order o� said Court, as aforesaid, in consid_eration of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by lava, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the s�.id Mary Farner and assi�ns
