<br /> a newspaper printed and in general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, that I would oPfer said
<br /> Iands for sale at the North front door of the Court House in said County on the 26th day of June,
<br /> 1939, at 2:00 P.�R. of' said ci,�y, and that the time and place atated in said notice, and after aaid.
<br /> notice had been published for more than thirty ( 30) days I offered said lands, to-wit :
<br /> Lot One, the Easterly half of Lot Two (2) , and Lote Seven ( 7) and Eight (S) , all in Block Forty-
<br /> five (�5) of the Original TovJn, novr City oP Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> for sale at pu��lic auction, and sold the sa.me to Solomon Z veitel for the sum of Five Thouaand
<br /> (�5000.00� DollaY°s, he being the highest bidder therefor. And afterwards, on thP 27th day oP
<br /> � June, 1939, said court agproved and confirmed said eale, and by an order directed me as said
<br /> referee to execute to s�.id Bolomon Zveitel a deed conveying said lands to him in fee simple.
<br /> Now, therefore, I, Williaa P.Mullen, RePeree, in con8lderation oP the premiaee and the sum oY
<br /> Five Thou�and ($�5000.00) Dollars so bid and paid by Solomon Zveitel, and by virtue oP the po�rer�
<br /> ve�ted in me b�r law, do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto the said Solomon Zveitel and
<br /> to hia heirs and as�igns the real estate described as f ollo�r�:
