<br /> Conra:i, his wife, are Defendants, it was by said Court at the February Term thereof, A.D. , 193�,
<br /> to-wit, on the �th day of June, A.D. 193�, considered, ad�udged, �.nd decreed that in dePault of
<br /> the payment to the Clerk oP the District Court of the costs of said action, and to the plaintiff

<br /> paper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell the said premises at public
<br /> auction to Mt�.ry E.Kingsto� ( she being the highest and best bidder therePor( fbr t�ze eum of Forty-
<br /> eight hundred ---00/100 DGLLARS, vrhich sale wa.s afterwards �.t the February Term of said Court, A.D,
<br /> 1939, examined and canfirmed, and the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff' of said County, was ordered
<br /> to execute a deed of G�.id premises �to the �aid �ary E.Kingaton
<br /> NOW, THERFFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as 8heriPf oP Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance of
<br /> the order oP said C�urt, as aPoresaid, in considPratian of the premi�es, and by virtue oP the powers
<br /> in me vested by Iaw, do hereby give, �ant, and convey ur�to the said Mary E.Kingston, and agsigna,
<br /> the premises sold as aPoresaid, to-wit : All of The 5outh half of thP Sou�heast quarter of section
<br /> 24, in tov�rnship 9, Nortri,Kange 9, We�t of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraeka, with all and. aingular
<br /> the appurtenances thereunto belonging, ta have and to hol�. unto her the said Mary E.Kingston and her
