<br /> Whereas, in an action oP partition pendin� in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein
<br /> Alfred Schaupdach was plaintiPP and Bertha Schaupdach, et al. were defendt�nts, being Case No. ��01,
<br /> Por the partition of the premisea hereinafter described, the undersigned referee appointed by said
<br /> Court to make partiti�n of sa.ld reai estate, made report in writing, duly signed, setting forth
<br /> tht�t p€�rtitlon of said landa could not be m�Lde without �reat pre�udice to the owners thereof, which
<br /> report ��as duly examined by s�.id Court, and said Court being satisfied therewith confirmed the
<br /> same, and thereupon made an order and caused the same to be entered, directing me ae sai�. referee
<br /> to sell said premises at publlc sale as upon execution at the f ront and main door of the Court House

<br /> And in pur�u�.nce oP s�id order I caused a notice to be published in the Grand Isl�nd Daily Inde-
<br /> pendent, a newapaper printed and in general circulation in H�.Il County, Nebraska, that I would
<br /> offer said lands for sale at the front ar�d main door of the Court House in the City of Grand Isla,nd,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, on the �th day o� Auguat, Z93�, at the hour of two o �clock in the afternoon
<br /> of said d.ay, �.nd at the time and place stated in said notice, and after eaid notice had been pub-
<br /> lished for more tha.n thirty daya I offered said land, hereinafter described, f'or sale at public
<br /> auction, and sold the same to Bertha Schaupdach Por the sum of �9125.00, she being the higheet
<br /> bidder therefor, And aPtervrards, on the 22nd day of August, 193�, said Court approved and con-
<br /> firmed eaid sale, and by an order directed me as said referee to execute to said Bertha Schaupdach
<br /> a dee d conveyin� said lands to her in Pee simple.
