<br /> at public auction to Gladya RainPorth and Lylle Rainforth, they being the highest bidders the refbr;

<br /> said Court duly conPirmed in all things, and I was ordered to ma.ke deed oY said property to eaid

<br /> E.�erritt, deeeased, in conalderation of t�he premises ar�d the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND and No/100
<br /> (��,000.00) DOLLAR5, so bid and paid by Gladya Rainforth and Lylle RainPorth, and by virtue oP
<br /> powers in��"uated and invested in me by said order and proceedings, do by these presents grant, aell,
<br /> and convey unto the said Gladys Ra.inforth and Lylle RainPorth, as �oint tenants and not �enants in
<br /> common with right of eurvivorship, and unto their heirs and assigns, the real eetate described as
