<br /> That Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein PauZ C.Hueton, was Plainti.ff, and �artha Beam wae Defendant,
<br /> it was by said Court at the October Term- ther�of A:�, , 19��, .to-�it, on the 9th day oP February
<br /> A.D. Z93�+, congidered, ad,�udged, and decreed that in default of tYie payment to the Clerk of the
