<br /> Hall County and 5tate of Nebraska, Executors under the Last Will and Testament oP Peter Mohr, de-
<br /> ce�.sed, late of Grand IGland, in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, parties of the first
<br /> part, �nd AlexAnder Ahrens oP the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, party of the second part;

<br /> That, the said parties of the first part, the duly appainted, qualified and acting executors of the
<br /> said Peter Mohr, deceased, under his Last Will and TeGtament which is of record in the office of
<br /> the County Court oP HaII County, Neb-raQka, by virtue of the power and authority granted and con-
<br /> ferred upon them under said �vill �.nd in consideration of the sum oP Nine Hundred Thirty-three and
<br /> 3Z/I00 Do�.lars (�933.31) to them paid b3r the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> conPessed and ac�nowledged, do by theae presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, con-
<br /> vey and confirm unto the said party of the eecond part, and to his heirs and as�igns forever, all
<br /> of t�ie follo�ring described tract, piece a.nd pt�.rcel of land, situate, lying and beSng in the County

<br /> Together wlth all and singular the tenemants, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belon�ing
<br /> or in anyv�ise �,ppertaining; and al�o alI the estate, right, title, interest, property, poesession,
<br /> cl�.im r�.nd demand vahatsoever, �Jhich the said teQtator had in his lifetime, and at the time of his
<br /> decease, and wY�ich the said parties of' the firet part h�.ve, by v�rtue of the said last will and
<br /> test�ment, or otherwise, of, in or to the above gr�.nted premise�, and every nart and parcel thereof,
<br /> v�ith the appurtenances thereunto belonging.
<br /> To h�ve a.nd to hold the said premises, the tract of land aPoresaid, with the hereditamsnt� and
<br /> appurtenances thereof, unto the s�id pArty of the second part, his heirs and assigns Porever.
<br /> And the said parties of the Pirst part, for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators,
<br /> cio covenarit, promise and undertake to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and
<br /> assigns, th�.t they are la.wfully the Executora oP the Last �lill and Testament oP the said Peter Mohr,
<br /> deceased, and h�.ve povJer to convey as aforesaid, and have in aIl respects acted, in making this
<br /> conj-eyance, in pursuance oP the authority gr�nted in and by the said Last Will and Testa.ment; and
<br /> th�t they have not m�.de, done or suffered any act, ��tter or thing whatsoever, since they were
<br /> executors as �.foresaid, whereby the above-�ranted premise� or any part thereof, are, shall or may
<br /> be impeached, ch�.r�;ed or encumbered in any manner whatsoever.
