<br /> I That Vphereas, in an �.etion in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial �District of Nebra�ka,
<br /> �rithin and Por Hall County, v?herein Richard H.Bates and Nora M.Bates, were Plaintiffs, �nd Caxy H.
<br /> Denman and Gr�.cie A.Denman, ��rere DePendants, it was by said Court at the April Term thereof, A.D. ,
<br /> 1935, to-wit; on the 1�Fth day of June, A.D. , 1935, cons3dex'c.d,ad,judged, and decreed that in def�.ult
<br /> of the paymen� to the Clerk oP the Di�trict Court of the costa o�' �said action, and to the plaintifPs
<br /> the sum oP �52�4.�8, �rith interest at 10� from April 20, 1935, � within twenty d,a.,ys from the date of
<br /> such �udgr�ent and decrPe, th�,t the equity oP redemption of' each and all oP said defendants in and

<br /> Sheriff of said Hall Counry cause the la,rlds and tenements hereinafter deacribed to be adv¢rtised,
<br /> and sold according to la'; and whereas the said defendants having made default therein, Dan�el
<br /> Sander�, as Sheriff of said C.ounty, under and by virtue oP the order of said Court to him directed
<br /> did, on the 23rd day of August, A.D. , Z93�, at the north door of the Court House in the city of
<br /> Grand Island, Pdebraska, in said Countv of Hall, ( the same being the place wherein the Di�trict
<br /> Court w�.s last held. in said County) , having first given due and legal notice oP the time and pla,ce
<br /> oP s�.ic� eale , for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in the Grand Island Daily Independent,
<br /> a legal nevaspaper printed and in general circulation in said County oP Hall, sell the said premises
<br /> at public auction to Richard H.BAtes and Nora b�.J3ates, ( they being the higheat and best bidder
<br /> therefor) for the sum of Five thoueand two hundred eighty-f�ur ---���100 DOLLARS, which s��.le was
<br /> aPterurards at the February Term of said Court, A.D. , 193�, examined and conPirmed, and the 8aid
<br /> Da.niel Sanders, as Sheriff of said county, was ordered to execute a deed of said premiees to the
<br /> said Richard H.Batea and Nora �I.Rates
<br /> N049, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursua..nce oP
<br /> the order of said Court, as aforesald, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by Iaw, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said Richard H.F3ates and
<br /> Nora M.Bates and assigns, the premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit: AlI oP The EaSt Half oP the
<br /> S��utheast Quarter of secti�n 20, tov��nship I0, North of Range 10, Plest of the 6th P.�4. , in Hall
<br /> Cot�nty, Nebraska� with all �nd sin�ular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and to hold
<br /> unto it the sa�d Riehard H.Bates and Nora �.Bates and their heirs forever.
