<br /> September Term thereof, A.D. , 3.936, to-wit, on the 15th day of September, A.�. , 1936, conaidPred,
<br /> ad,�udged, and decreed that in dePault of the payment tp the Clerk of the District Court ot' the voets
<br /> oP said action, and to pay to plaintifP �5464.�7, with intereGt at 9� per annum from September 15,
<br /> 1.936; and to pay to �.rtin Conroy, ero�as-petitioner, the sum oP �'j�'�.�7, with interest at 10� from
<br /> September l5, 1936, �vithin 20 days from the date oP such �udgment and decree, that the equity of

<br /> thereto, in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal nev�spaper printed and in general circulation
<br /> in said County oP Hall, sell the said premises at public auction to Grand; Ieland Trust Company oY
<br /> arand Island,Nebraska, a corporat3on (it being the hi�hest and b est bidder therefor) Por the sum
<br /> of Six thousanc� seventeen ---- 3�j/IOO D4LLARS, which sale was aPterwards at the February Term of
<br /> said Court, A.D. , 193�, examined and confirmed, and the s�id Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff oP said
<br /> County, was ordered to execute a deed of' said premisss to the sa�id Grand Island Trust Company oP
<br /> Grand Island,Nebraska, a corporat3on.
