<br /> That Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh J'udicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> �rithin and for Hall County, wherein The Prudential Insur•a.nce Company of Anerica of Newark, New
<br /> Jersey, a corporation, v�as Plaintiff, and Alex Schack� and K�.therine Schack v�ere DePend�,nts, it was
<br /> by said Court at the February Term thereof, A.D. > i933, to-wit, on the 2�th day of February A.D. ,
<br /> 1933, con9ldered, ad,judged, and decreed that in defa.ult of the p�.yment to the Clerk of the District

<br /> than thirty days prior thereto, in the Grand Island Herald, a legal newspaper printed and in general
<br /> circulation in sa.id Coun�;y of Hall, sell the said premises at publlc auction to The Prudentia.I in-
<br /> surance CoMpany of America of Nevrark, New Jersey, a corporation, ( it being the highest and best
<br /> bidder therefor) for �he sum of One thousand four hundred fifty --00/100 DOLLARS, which sale was
<br /> a�terward.s at the February Term of said Court, A.D. 193�, examined and confirmed, and the said Daniel
<br /> Sandera, as Sheriff. of said Coun�y, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the said The
<br /> Prt�dential Insurance Company of America of Newark, New Jersey, a corporation,
<br /> N0�'V, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursua.nce of
<br /> the order of said Cour'�, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premise�, and by virtue oP the
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do hereb�r give, grant, and convey unto the said The Prudential Insur�nce
