<br /> That Whereas, in an action in the District Court oP the Eleventh Jud3ciaZ District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein Anna Lorenzen and �Iinnie Burmood were Plaintiffs, and Ezra H.
<br /> Stobbe and Louise Stobbe, husband and wiPe, were Defendants, it was by said Court at the February
<br /> Term thereof, A.D. , 1933, to-wit, on the 22nd day of D1larch A.D. , 1933, considered, ad�udged, and
<br /> decreed that in dePault of the payment to the Clerk of the District Court of the costs oP said
<br /> action, and to the plaintiffa the sum of �20,765.1�, together with interest thereon at the rate o�
<br /> I0� per annum from and after the 22nd day of A�arch, 1933, within twenty days from the date of
<br /> such �udgment and decree, that the equity of redemption of each and all oP said dePendants in and
<br /> to the lands and tenement� hereinafter described be foreclosed and forever barred, and that the
<br /> Sheriff of said Hall County cause the lands and tenementa hereinafter described to be advertised,

<br /> was last held in said County) , having first given due and legal notice of the time and place o�'
<br /> �aid sale, for not less than thir�y daya prior thereto, in the Wood River Sunbeam, a legal news-
<br />' paper printeci and in general circulatlon in said county of Hall, sell the said premisea at public
<br /> I auction to Anna Lorenzen -- 13/19ths and to Minnie Burmood 6/19the ( they being the highest and
<br /> best bidder therefc�r. ;for �he sun of Ninet�en TY�ou.sanc't. Doilars,�:1�h sa�.$ was aPterwards at the
<br /> February Term oP said Court, A.D. , 1937, examined and confirmed, and the said Daniel Sanders, as
<br /> I SheriPf of said County, was orderPd to execute a deed of said premises to the said Anna Lorenzen
<br /> 13/19ths and to It�innie Burmood 6/19th$
<br /> NOYd, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sander�, as SheriPf of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursua.nce of
<br /> the order oP said Court, as aforeeaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said Anna Lorenzen --�_3/z9ths
