<br /> Bielfeldt, deceaeed, were atefendants for the partition bf the premises hereinafter deseribed, being
<br /> Case No. �622 in said Court, the undersigned Referees, appointed by said Court to make partition
<br /> o� s�.id real estate, made report in wrlting, duly signed, setting forth that partition of said lands
<br /> could not be made without great pre,judice t�- the ovrners thereof, which report was duly examined
<br /> by said Court, and said Court being satisfied ther•ewith confirmed the same, and thereupon made an
<br /> order and caused the same to be entered, directing us as said RePerees to sell said premises on the
<br /> following terms, to-wit: at public sale as upon execution at the North main door oP the Court House
<br /> in the City of Grand Island,Ha11 County, Nebraska, the terms of sale being 1.5� cash and the balan�e
<br /> upon conPirmation.
<br /> And in pursuance of s�,id order, we caused a notice to be published in tY�e Grand Island Daily Inde-
<br /> pendent, a legal newspaper printed, published and in general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> that we would offer said land for sale at the North main door of the Court- House in the City oP
<br /> Grand Ial.and,Hal� County, Nebrask�, on the first day of June, 1�3�, at 2 o 'clock P.�. oP said day
<br /> and at the time and place stated in said notice, �,nd after said notice had been published for more
<br /> t�ian thirty days, we offered said Iand, to-wit: The Southv�est �uarter (SW4) of Section Nine (9} ,
<br /> in Townahip Eleven (11) North,Range Eleven (11) ,West of the 6th P.M. , containing 160 acrea, a
<br /> little more or less, Por sale at public auction, and sold the same to �argaretha FieneZey for the
<br /> sum of' ��,000.00, she bein� the h;ghest bidder therefor. And afterwards, on the 16th day oP July
<br /> Z93�, said Court ap�broved and con�'irmed said sale and by an order directed us as s�id Referees
<br /> to execute to said Margaretha Hensley a deed conveying said lands to her in Pee simple.
<br /> NOW, THE=SEFORE , we, Walter P.Lauritsen, RePeree, and Herbert F.R�a,yer, Referee, in consideration
<br /> of the prer�lses and the sum of ��,000.00, so bid _and paid by said �argaretha Henaley, and by virtue
<br /> of the powers veeted in us by lavr, do by these presents grant, sell, and convey unto the� $aid
<br /> I Margaretha Hensley and to her assigns forever, the real eatate descrlbed as follows: The Southwest
