<br /> oP April, 1�32, by A.C.Mayer, referee in bankruptcy, bef'ore whom such proceedrxre was heard, and that
<br /> therPaPter, on 16 day oP April 1932, the undersigne�., Paul B.Newell was duly appointed Trustee
