<br /> KNO� ALL '�IEN BY THESE PRESEPITS: That whereas, in an action of partition pending in the District
<br /> Coui►t of Hall County, Nebraska, bein� Case No. �627, wherein Peter C.Petersen, et al, we�e plain-
<br /> tiPfs and AlPred Fetersen, et al. , were defendants, for the partition of the premises hereinafter
<br /> described, the unc�eraigned, referee a�pointed by said Court to make partition of said real estate,
<br /> made report in writing duly signed, setting Porth that partition oP said lands could not be made
<br /> without great pre�tidice to the owners thereof whlch report v�ias duly examined by the court and the
<br /> court being satisPied therewith, approved a:�d confirmed the same arrl ordered the same to be entered
<br /> of rec�rd and directed me as said re�eree, to sell said premises for cash, 15� to be paid at the
<br /> time oP the bid and the balance on confirmation of the sale and directed such sale to take place

<br /> described f�r sale at the Pront ,door of the Courthouse �.t Grand Island,Nebraska, on the l�th day
<br /> of December, 1937, at tYie hour of 1� o 'clock A.�I. of said day and at the time and place stated in
<br /> saici notice, and aPter said notice ha.d been published for more than thirty days, I offered eaid
<br /> land for s�:le at public auction and sold the said Lots 1� and 19 in Block 17 in Ashton Place, an
<br /> Ad:dition to the City of Grand Island, Hali Countu, Nebra.ska, to John C.ShreePer and Mildred E. �
<br /> ShreePer f'or tne sum of �22�.00, they being the highest bidder for s�id premises, and afterward on
<br /> . the 30th day of December, 1937, said court approved and conPirmed said sa7.e and by an ,order

<br /> directed me as . eaid Referee, to execute to said purchasers, a deed conveying said lands to them
<br /> in fee simple.

<br /> I, Herbert F.Mayer, RePeree, in consideration of thP premises and the sum of �225.00, so bid and
<br /> paid by said John C.5hreefer and Mildred E.Shreefer, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by
<br /> law, do by these presenta, grant, sell and convey unto the said John C.ShreePer and �1ldred E.
<br /> Shreefer, as �oint tenants and not as ten�,nts i.n common, the following described real• estate, to-
<br /> wit : Lots Eighteen (I�) and Nineteen (19) in Block Seventeen �17) in Aahton Place, an Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, situated within Hall County and State of Nebraska, together
<br /> w3th alI the tenements, hereditaments �.nd appurtenances to the same belonging.
