<br /> poration, aras the Plaintiff, and b�argaret Beachler, et al. , were the Defendants , it was by said
<br /> Court at the April Term thereoP, A.D. , 1936, to-vait, on the Z2th d.ay of May, A.D. , 1g36, considered
<br /> ad,jud.ged, and decreed that in default of the payment to the Cl.erk oP the District Court o�' the costR
<br /> of. said a.etion, and to aleo pay to Nebrask�. Loan & Trust Company oP Grand Ieland, Nebr�ska, a Cor-
<br /> poration, the sum o� �1.563 with interest at I0� from the I2th day of May, �936, within twenty d.ays

<br /> DOLLARS, which sale was afterwards at the February Term of said Court A.D. 1937, examined and con-
<br /> firmed, and the st�id Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff oP said County, avas ordered to execute a deed of
<br /> s�.id nremises to the said Nebraska Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island,Nebraska, a Cs�rpoDation,
<br /> NO�t, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sandera, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursu�.nce of
<br /> the order oP said Court as aforesaid, in consideration of the premiaes and by virtue oP the powers
<br /> in me veated by lav�, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said Nebraska. Loan & Trust C�mpany
<br /> of Grand Ial�.nd,Nebraska, a Corporation, and assi�;ns, the premises sold as aPoresaid, to-wit : Al1
