<br /> Tha.t �hereas, in an action in the District Court of the El.eve nth Judicial District of rJebraska,
<br /> within and for HaI1 County, wherein John Russ Plaintiff, and Edward C.5mith, et al, Defendants,
<br /> it was by said Court at the M�arch Term thereof, A.D. , Z935, to-wit, on the 15th dav of �arch,A.D. ,
<br /> 1935, conaidered, ad,�udged, �nd decreed that in default of the payment to the Clerk of the District
<br /> , �ourt of the costs of said_ action, and to pay to plaintiPP the sum oP �149�.00 with interest at
<br /> I 6� �er annum from March 15, 1935; and also pay the plaintiff the sum of �I13.27, with interest

<br /> thereon at 9,� from December 23, �935, as set out in Supple mental decree, which was ad,�udged at
<br /> the November Term cP said Court z935 and on December 23, 1935, vrithin tv�enty days from the date
<br /> of s�ch �udgment and decree, that. the equity af redemption of each and all of said def.endants in
<br /> and to the lands and tenements hereinaYter deseribed be Poreclosed and forever barred, and that
<br /> the Sheriff of said Hall County cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised, �
<br /> and sold according to lava; and whereae t�_e said defendants having �ade dePault therein, Daniel
<br /> Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the order o� said Court to him directed,
<br /> did, on the 19th day of February A.D. , �936, at the north door of the court house in the city of
<br /> Grand Isl�nd,Nebr�ska, in s�.id County of HaII, ( the same being the pl�ce wherein the District Court
<br /> was Iast held in �aid County) , h�.ving first given due and le�al notice of the time and place of said
<br /> sale, for not Iess than tkiirty days prior thereto, 3n the Grand Isl�,nd Daily Independ.ent, a legal
<br /> newspaper printed and in genera.l circulation in said County of HaII., aell the said premises at
<br /> publlc auction to John Russ (he being the hi�hest and best bidder therePor) for the sum of One
<br /> Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-tvao DOL'LARS, which sale v�as afterwards at the February Term of eaid
<br /> Court, A.�. , 1.93�, exar.iined and confirmed, and the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County,
<br /> was ordered to execute a deed of said prem3ses to th.e said John Russ
<br /> NOGJ, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as aheriff of HaII County, Nebraska, in pursuance of
<br /> t�ie order of s�.id Court, as aPoresaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue oP the
<br /> pov�ers in me vested by law, do herPby give , grant, ar_d convey unto the said John Russ a,nd assigns, �
<br /> the premises sold as aforesaid, to-v�it : AI1 of The Southeast quarter of the Northarest q,uarter
<br /> (SE�NW4) and the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W2NW4) of Section Five ( 5) Township Eleven (II)
