<br /> anc� Sabrina C .Scott, a widow, et al. were Defendants , it was b,y said Court at the February Term
<br /> thereoP, A.D. , 1937, to-t�it, on the 5th day of l�arch, A.D. , 1937, considered, ad,�udged, and decreed
<br /> that in de�ault of the payment to the Clerk of the District Court of the costs of said action, �.nd
