<br /> That Whereas, in an Action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District oP Nebraska,
<br /> within ard for Hall County, wherein David Z.�7ummert v?as Plaintiff, and Nelson C.Parkhurst, et al,
<br /> DePendanta in Fifth Cause of Action, were Defendants, it ava� by said Court at the October Term
<br /> thereoP, A.D. , 1936, to-wit, on the l�th d�y of December, A.D. , 1936, considered, ad,judged, and
<br /> �decreed that in de�ault oP the payment to the Clerk of the District Court of the costs of said
<br /> action, and to pay to plaintiff the sum of ��31.32, wit.h interest at 12� from December 1�, �936,
<br /> and an attorneys ' Pee of ��j.13, for plaintiff 's attorney and there is due the cross-petitioner,

<br /> best bidder therefor) for the sum of Tvro Thousand Four Hundred and no/100 DOLLARS, a�hich sa�e was
<br /> aPterwards at the February Term of said Court, A.D. , 1937, examined and confirmed, and thP said
<br /> Daniel S�.nders, as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed of said premisea to the

<br /> NOCV, THEREFORE, I, the s�.id Daniel Sanders, as SheriPf of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance oY
<br /> the order �f said Court, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue oP the powe s
<br /> in me vested by lac�, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said O.A.T3eltzer, a,nd asGigns, the
