<br /> �! of said actlon, and to A.F.Buechler, Trustee, plaintiff, the sum of �36,651.9� with interest on
<br /> � the sum of $30,076.45 from June 12, 1936, at the rate of 6� per annum, and on the sum of �6,575•�

<br /> such �udgment and decree, that the equity of redemption of said defendant in and to the lands and
<br /> : tenements hereinafter described, be f'oreclosed and forever barred, and that Harold A.Frince, the
<br /> ' duly appointed and qualiPied Master Gommissioner herein, cause the said lands and tenemente herei -
<br /> fafter described, to be advertised and sold according to la�; and
<br /> VVHEREAS the said defendant having made default therein, said Harold A.Prince, as Maater Commissio er
<br /> herein, under and by virtue of the order of said Court to him directed, did, on the 1�Fth day o�
<br /> Auguat, A.D. , �936, at the north �'ront door of the Court House in the City of Grand Island, in
<br /> said county of Hall and State of Nebraska, the same beln� the place wherein the District Court wa
<br /> last held in said County, having first given due and le�al notice oP the time and place of said
<br /> ' sale for not less than thirty days prlor thereto, in the �rand Island Daily Independent, a le�al
<br /> newapaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell the said premises at
<br /> public auction to Herbert F.Mayer, Trustee, being the highes�t and best bidder therefor, for the
<br /> sum of Eleven Thousand T►�o Hundred Fif�y (�11,25�.00) Dollars, which sale was afterwards at the
<br /> I April Term of sa,id Court, A.D. 1936, examined and confirmed, and the said Harold A.Prince as Mast r
<br /> �
<br /> Commissioner in said cause, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the said Herbert F.
<br /> �ayer, Trustee.
<br /> Now therefore I, the said Harold A.Prince, as Master Commissioner, duly appointed and qualifi�d
<br /> in said action, in pursuance of the order of said Court, ag aforesaid, in consideration of the
<br /> premises, and by virtue of the powers in me vested by said Court and by law, do hereby give, grant
<br /> and convey unto the said Herbert F.�ay�r, Trustee and asalgns, the premises sold as aforesaid, to
<br /> wit:
<br /> Lots One (1) , Two (�) , Three {3) and Four (�-) �in Block Eighty-seven (�7) of the Original To�vn
<br /> no�r City of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br /> with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and to hold unto the said
<br /> Herbert F.�dayer, Trustee and his suecessors and assigns �orever.
