<br /> �'hat tNhereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of IQebraska,
<br /> within and for Hal7. County, wherein The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United Statee, a
<br /> corporation v�as the PlaintiPf, and Perian �reider, also known as Perian Leroy treider, et al. ,
<br /> were �he DePendants, it was by said Court at the April Term thereof, A.D. , �93�+, to-wit, on the
<br /> 31st day of July, A.A. , 193�, considered, ad�udged, and decreed that in default of the payment to
<br /> the Clerk oF the District Court oP the costs of said action, and to The Equitable Life Assurance
