<br /> That Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> � within and for Hall County, wherein The Pr,udential �nsurance Company of America, was the Plaintif ,
<br /> and Addie Nye, Lee W.McC�own and Wilbert �eGown were the Defendants, it v+ras by said Court at the
<br /> �arch Term thereof, A.D. , 1933� to-v�it, on the 27th day of April, A.D. , 1933, considered, ad,judge
<br /> and decreed that in default of the payment to the Clerk of the District Court of the cost� of sai
<br /> action, and to The Prudent3.a1 Insurance Company of America, the sum of �1, 9�5•9�, together with
<br /> interest thereon at the rate of 10� per a mum from and after the lOth day of April, 1933, within
<br /> Itwenty da,ys from the date of sueh �udgment and decree, that the equity of redemption of each and
<br /> aIl of said defendants in and to the lands and tenements hereinafter described be Poreclosed and
<br /> � forever barred, and that the Sheriff of said Hall County cause the lands and tenements hereinafte
<br /> described to be advertised and sold according to law; and �rhereas the said defendants having made
<br /> default therein, Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the order of

<br /> Court House in the city of Grand Island,Nebraska, in said Counr,y of Hall, ( the s�,me being the pla e
<br /> v�herein the District Court was last held in said County) , having first given due a.nd legal notice
<br /> of the time and place of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in the (�rand Isl nd
<br /> Daily Independent, a .legal newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, s I1
<br /> tn.e said premises at publie auction to The Prudential Insurance Company of America ( lt being the
<br /> highest and best bidder therefor) for the sum of Tvro Thousand Twenty-Six and no/100 DOLLARS, whic
<br /> sale was a�'terwards at the April Term of said Court, A.D. , 1936, examined and confirmed, and the
<br /> said Da.niel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to executed a deed oP said premises t
<br /> the said The Prudential Insurance Company of America,
<br /> NO��, THEREFORE, I , the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance of
<br /> ! the order of said Court, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the pow rs
<br /> in me vested by la�*�, _do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said The Prudenti�.l Insurance Com
