<br /> � WHEREAS, the only assets of said G.A.R.Building Association are the Westerly two-thirds of Lot 2,

<br /> j in Block 6� of the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and

<br /> WHEREAS, it is deemed inexpedien� to continue said eorporation;

<br /> above described real estate, and assign to said Lyons Corps all of the assets of any and all
