<br /> oP said sale, for not less than thirty da,ys prior thereto, in the Grand Island Daily Independent,
<br /> � legal newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell the said premises
<br /> at public auction to Oecidental Building & Loan Association ( it being the highest and b est bidder
<br /> therefor) for the sum of Twrel.we �iundred and no/100 DOLLARS, which s ale was afterwards at the Jan-
<br /> uar� Term oP said Court, A.D. , 1936, examined and conPirmed, and the sa,id Dan1el Sanders, as 8her ff

<br /> poevers in me nested by lav�, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said Occidental Building
<br /> � & Loan Aseociation and assigns, the premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit: All of Lot Six (6) in
