<br /> 1Nhereas, in an action of partition pending in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherei'n
<br /> Thomas Hostler et aZ are plaintiffs, and Edward H.Hostler et al are defendants, for the pa�tition;
<br />� ot' the follov�ing described premises, to-wit: ,
<br /> Lot 7, in Block 23, in Russel Vdheeler�s Addition to the City of Grand Isl.and,Nebraeka,
<br /> together with other land, the undersigned referees, appointed by �aid court to make parti'Gion of '
<br /> said premises, made their report in writing duly si�ned, setting �orth that actual partition of;
<br /> said premises eould not be made without great prE�udice to the owners �hereof, which r�e�ort was ;

<br /> duly exa,mined by said court, and the court being satisfied therewith, confirmed the same, and
<br /> thereupon made an order and caused the same to be entered, directin� the said referees to sell

<br /> �rould offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, the premises aboue
<br /> descr3bed, together with other land, at the north front door of the courthouse in Grand Island,Ha�ll
<br /> County, Nebraska, on Friday, the 5th_ d�.y of April, A.D. �93�, at the hour of two o �cloek in the '
<br /> afterno2�n oP said day, and under the terms and provisions therein stated.
<br /> And after said notice had been published as required and provided by la�, �rre offered said premis�s
<br /> for sale at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, and sold the same to Edward H.Hostler;'
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska, for the sum o� �650.00, , he being the hignest bidder theref'or.
